Checked Out, a 112' (34.14m) Westport, is the eighth yacht successfully sold by IYC in March 2021, sold by Matthew Stone.
The raised pilothouse motor yacht built in 2007 boasts a roomy flybridge with a tan leather helm seat and curved bench seating, both providing spectacular views. A custom removable windscreen and al fresco grill combine to make the flybridge a cozy hub of entertainment.
Teak decking runs throughout the exterior complemented by coffee veined marble table tops and burnt orange upholstery. Large sun pads forward and aft provide ample lounging room, while inside the calm and collected interior is both chic and sophisticated.
In the salon, formal dining for eight guests and a large expanse of sumptuous seating are flanked by banks of clear glass windows. On the aft deck, a more casual dining arrangement is paired with an elegant wet bar inviting a convivial onboard ambience.
Notable features include new teak decking and a rocket launcher fishing station on the large swim platform, custom joinery, stainless steel finishes and an abundance of space, inside and out.
