IYC closes sale of 103’ (31.39m) M/Y Decompression
Originally delivered in 2000 as “Lady Frances IV”, she was immediately recognized by all in the yachting community as one of the most cleverly designed and best executed yachts ever built by the famed and prolific Broward Yacht Shipyard, at their Fort Lauderdale facility. She was subsequently seen cruising the waters of the world as “Lady Andrea” and “Trix-Sea”, before being acquired by yet another loving owner in 2012 and renamed Decompression.
Her layout accommodates eight guests in four cabins, consisting of an enormous and luxurious On-Deck master stateroom with separate His & Her Heads, 3 Full-Beam VIP Staterooms (two of which can easily serve as master suites themselves!). In addition, there are expansive crew quarters.
She is finished throughout with warm and rich raised mahogany panel, 8' high vaulted ceilings, elegant full-width main saloon and dining saloon, large aft deck with teak decks, a completely modernized galley, and lots of toys. A custom spiral staircase from the aft deck provides easy access to the immense flybridge, which features plentiful seating areas and yet another dining space, beneath a custom hardtop with integrated drop down TV for enjoying outdoor movies, all while comfortably cruising at 15 knots.
Decompression is a fabulous yacht, one which her new owner is bound to enjoy! She was asking $2,470,000 U.S.
