105'/31m SUNSEEKER MI ALMA SOLD BY IYC
IYC is pleased to announce the sale of 105'/31m Sunseeker MI ALMA by Costas Dimopoulos. A popular 105 model designed by Ken Freivokh, she underwent a refit in 2018 to upgrade many of her high spec features. A successful charter vessel that can accommodate eight guests, she is maintained by her six crew.
Currently based in Greece, her shallow draft of 2m (6' 6") makes her an ideal option for island hopping, as she can easily access many anchorages. Like all Sunseekers, she benefits from a generous interior volume and large communal spaces, with the main salon complete with an aft bar, lounge seating and formal dining space.
Her layout includes two master staterooms – a two-level master stateroom located on the main deck with steps down to an en suite bathroom and dressing area and a second full-beam master stateroom. Her two further cabins are well-appointed and arranged as two twins, each with en suite bathrooms. Mi Alma’s exterior spaces include a forward sunbathing area, an aft deck with couch seating and dining table and a large sun deck with a jacuzzi and lounge area.
