92’/28M ALLSEAS YACHTS HEAVEN’S GATE SOLD BY IYC
IYC is pleased to announce the sale of the 92’/28m long range expedition yacht Heaven’s Gate by Roy Sea. Launched in 2010, Heaven’s Gate was the first 92’ AllSeas model built by master shipbuilder Tim Alls, who is famed for creating sturdy and stable vessels.
This impressive motor yacht demonstrates excellent seakeeping credentials and boasts a number of features that ensure she is an extremely safe offshore vessel. These include a hull built above and beyond ABS commercial standards, a fishing boat deep water anchoring system, thick plating and an incredibly strong keel. As a long range explorer yacht, her reach of approximately 5000nm gives her transatlantic and transpacific capabilities.
Her explorer credentials are matched by a stunning interior, with a luxurious yet relaxed ambience. Fine materials such as African Ribbon mahogany, Brazilian cherry, Carrera marble and granite are used throughout, with interior joinery the work of one of the best cabinetmakers in the Pacific Northwest. Soft furnishings, padded wrapped panels and elegant wallpapers complete the look to create an excellent living space. The whole family can comfortably live aboard the roomy Heaven’s Gate, which boasts six cabins and multiple social spaces including areas for gathering, retreating, and for the all-important home schooling for those taking their family on a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Key areas include the large main salon and country style kitchen.
Outside, spaces include three decks and a hard topped flybridge, which is a particular highlight with its jacuzzi, wet bar, relaxed seating and additional helm station. The aft deck is perfect for al fresco dining, with a dining table for eight, electric barbecue and beverage cooler. The boat deck holds space for two tenders, and has direct access to the pilot house. Walk around side decks give a wonderful flow to the vessel, leading to a Portuguese bridge, and the 360 degree views from both the pilot house and flybridge are perfect for taking in the stunning vistas that are inevitable on a global adventure. When visiting warm waters, the vessel’s full beam swim step gives direct access to the water.
